Drawdowns do not occur that often and as a result we fully recognize that you need help in wading through this sometimes-mysterious world.This handbook is a guide for you and other Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) personnel who become involved in the planning and execution of drawdowns. It is not intended to serve as a regulation, and consequently should not be construed as one.
