Echo has survived living on the street and giving birth to her baby daughter, conceived by her step-father in an act of rape. She finds she has to deal with her own emotions concerning Rick, a police officer whom she meets at church. Can Echo find it in herself to truly forgive her stepfather and her mother, and allow herself to find love? Will she be able to build a life for herself and her daughter after tragedy again strikes, and in spite of the adversity she has already had to face? Will she learn that God can manifest himself in the most troubled soul?
