Reseña del libro "Full Disclosure: A Biblical Way of Confronting Unchecked Sin (en Inglés)"
Full Disclosure: A Biblical Way For Men to Confront Unchecked Sin reads like a novel, is written like the report of a journalist, and inspires like art on a canvas. The writer leads his readers through a trek of two interconnected portions of scripture. In 2 Samuel 11 - 12 the narrative is about David, king of Israel, who has seen a very attractive woman bathing. He calls her to his house, and gets to know her. Later she sends word that she was with child. David's response was to have her husband killed. Soon after, Nathan the prophet comes to the king with a message from heaven which read, "God's not pleased!" David immediately repents and writes Psalms 51. It is in the back drop of these two Bible passages where David learns that God is a restorer of those that have fallen from grace. David learns that God loves those that have a broken spirit and a contrite heart. And it is from that picture where the writer has come to know a similar experience himself and hopes you will likewise.Michael L. Randle will lead you through this intricate situation in scripture showing along the way why every believer should confront their sin; by dealing with where we are weak and where we allow our humanity to get the best of us, we find a great need for the help of our Lord. By the time Psalm 51 ends David goes from being a man pleading for mercy to being a man that wanted to teach sinners the way of the Lord. David had come to know God's mercy in a very real way. His household was disturbed as a result of his sin. However, God spared the king and gave him a chance to get back into the sweet fellowship they once shared. By reading this book your heart will be led through the same kind of experience regardless of the sin you have committed.
