As in the Celtic cross; and the rosary. A lot stain glass around the world today are a form of the mandala. Especially in the different churches around the world, it helps you meditate. The Mandala also helps you relax and meditate as you color in the Mandala with a colored pencil, a crayon or paint/water color. I prefer to use a colored pencil myself.
