By The Worldwide People's Revolution!(R) Yes, they are Companion Books, which should both be "red," Carefully, before doing any Fasting, while Praying to God that you have enough Patience to get through them: because the Important Information within them could Save your Life, or the Life of someone else, if you were so Generous as to Share that Information with them, which all True Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and other Believers would naturally do: beCause of their Love for Humanity. Otherwise, they might as well be Atheists, who have Obviously never Done any Fasting, or else they would have Instinctively been Praying to the Great Creator God, whose Chief Servants ALWAYS did a LOT of Fasting and Praying, which you can Discover by simply "Reeding" the Bible with an Open Mind. This Book actually Lists more than 100 Good Reasons WHY People should Fast and Pray; but, you may choose any 40 that you like the best, and just Ignore the rest, and thus have at least 40 Good Reasons for Doing it with a Capital D - as with a Whole Heart with Good Intentions and a Sincere Mind.
