The loss of a parent, a murder, a suicide, a romance, and staff members with ulterior motives all threaten to derail the patient's recovery process. Everything unfolds under the guidance of the Zen Cowboy, a country monk with decades of sobriety and helpful advice to show the patients the way to the light.
