This book will teach and give you the tools necessary to submit a competent and complete disability or pension compensation package to the Veterans Administration (VA) in order to receive monetary benefits. The information within will greatly increase your chances of receiving compensation payments due you if you were injured while serving in the Armed Forces. There are no other books on the market currently that will explain and show to you in such great detail as this one; how you should package a case file i.e., what should be attached to the file, how medical records are viewed from the eyes of the Rating Board, view the important rules and regulations governing disability and pension compensation, what should medical records from private and VA physicians state and cover in their written reports and supporting letters that describe your service and/or non-service related secondary injuries, learning to use the proper verbiage when describing your injuries to the Rating Board, covering how and where you can read compensation cases that were denied as well as approved so that mistakes are not made and additional information that will assist in applying for 100% disability to include what is called 100% disability due to Unemployability. This is only a sampling on what is in-stored for you within this reading. There is plenty of literature available that tells you what forms and a basic statement telling you to submit medical records. That's all well and good, but there is a lot more to it than just filling out forms and submitting medical records that you have complied from your doctors over the years. If these records do not relay the information in the proper content as required by the Rating Board, they will be useless and you will become frustrated because you think you are sending the correct information and you are wondering why the Rating Board is not accepting your evidence. After reading this book you will never face these circumstances. It took me over ten years to get it right, but at the end I received a 90% combined rating but was classified as a 100% Unemployable Veteran and I receive the same benefits as veterans that are approved and rated 100% totally disabled. You will have access to all of the letters and supportive information that I sent to the VA in regards to my case as well as correspondence that was received by me from the Rating Board. I show you where I had problems and what you should do in order to avoid such instances. It is much easier for you to understand how to apply for a new case or requesting a higher rating or appealing your current case if you can see examples in written form. Especially from a Vet that successfully received what he was seeking. The errors I made which are shown and the information I have compiled in this book for you will stop the frustration you might go through by not being educated on the inner workings of obtaining your compensation benefits.
