Everyone is aspiring for one thing or the other. Singaporean President aspired to transform Singapore from the fourth world to the first world and he achieved the feat with good policies and effective implementation. There is room for people to aspire as freewill with focus at heart. There is however no room for failure. In simple illustration, a driver must have undergone driving training to acquire the driving skills and embrace the knowledge about roads in order to avoid road mishaps. Man always aspires before meeting the target aspiration. In the course of aspiring, there is need to have certain guides as a scripture. For any aspiring leader in politics, business, sports, ethno-religion institutions, there must be blueprint that requires concerted efforts and deep researches to develop. Author Amusa Abdulateef in this work researched into how to develop manifestoes for politicians, policies for entrepreneurs and relevant guides for others aspiring to head a top position. Everyone is a leader at his or her own right from the saying of the noblest among mankind thus 'every one of you is a supervisor. Husband is a supervisor to his wife. Wife is the supervisor to the children and household. Master is the supervisor to the slaves and the slaves are the supervisors to the assets of the masters under him. And all shall be held liable for the assets and those under him'. At every position, one is a leader to an extent even the gangs have leaders who assign duties to subordinates. But there used to be high profile positions in life especially in the public administration, civil service, organized private sectors or entrepreneurship, ethno-religion circuit and in the social circles that are positions of heads that every ambitious person used to aspire to attain in status. For instance, people aspire to become the Presidents of nations, Governors of states, Chairmen of local governments, ministers, commissioners, spiritual heads of religion groups, chief executive officers of companies, heads of departments, heads or directors of institutions, vice chancellors of universities, and rectors of Polytechnics among endless other elevated positions of authorities. All the endless positions of authorities so revered by subordinates under them demand having adequate preparations to stay at the top and manage with success. No leader desire crises-laden reign in office. Every leader has the intention of leaving lasting legacies behind after leaving the offices. They intent to leave the offices better than they met them. They desire to leave in the minds of the people under them till eternity having their footprints on the sands of time. With this in mind, many leaders, at all departments and institutions, particularly the public administrators in politicians and the registered political parties, are failing woefully for their failure to prepare adequately well for the challenges ahead in the offices being aspiring for. The work is target all aspirants to all positions in politics, business and other facets of lives teaching them how to prepare ahead to have successful tenure of office. It is a must read for all and the inevitable stock in the libraries across the institutions in the world from the author of the popular books "Jobs with zero capital and Creating new jobs from the existing jobs in the British Library and IFRA Nigeria respectively.
