Between 2018 and 2019, there were terrible unexpected deaths in her larger community; a struggle to overcome the last vestiges of narcissistic abuse and recovery; and deeper forays into the challenges of requited and unrequited love. Chapters here cover eulogies for the people lost and letters to those who were left behind; an imagined love quadrangle told in poetic verse; and reflections on those who were part of a return to a life of love and promise. She offers no easy answers; and this book raises more questions than it answers. Written in both English and Spanish, it is recommended for anyone who is searching for larger meaning in an increasingly superficial world.
