In cases of severe acute or chronic pain resulting from serious disorders, inflammation and/or degeneration pharmacotherapy, minimally invasive and invasive procedures should be included.Treatments range from simple self-care practices and conservative treatments to injections and open surgery Most experts agree that treatment should begin with conservative, nonsurgical therapies, with surgery left as the last resort. Many of the treatments discussed here work best when used in combination.Based on the recent evidences, this book provides with the conclusion that proper clinical examination along with appropriate radiographic imaging and patient counselling would act as a key in implementing multimodal treatment, combination therapy & multispeciality involvement that may give reliable.
