The house and property originally belonged to Zinnia Sulekha, the grandmother of Padma Sherni. Now Professor Kagojpothro, a family friend, lived there while working on some research. With her grandmother's letter in hand, Padma Sherni explained to Professor Kagojpothro that she was there to retrieve a jewelry item for her birthday from her grandmother's original house. Some disappointing news was presented to Padma Sherni unexpectedly. "The display case was found open, the birthstone charmbracelet, and a mapbook about the ancient heirlooms were missing," Professor Kagojpothro described to Padma Sherni.
