Anesthesia is a very important specialty. Safety of patients is the main requirement, and it is the aim of every anesthesiologist. It is an art, includes safety measures for our patients, continuous learning, acquiring new skills, training of young anesthesiologists, and research work. Anesthesia is a Working within an anesthesia team, sharing work, and good partnership inside and outside the operating room. Encourage each other, continuous support, learning, and advices from the senior staff for the junior staff it will be as one family, this relation makes advantages for patients safety, decreasing stress, fatigue during long working hours. Patients- anesthetist relationship, helping them, answering all patients questions, managing all their complaints, preoperative care includes reassurance, assessment. Good intraoperative management includes monitoring, adjust drug doses .postoperative care includes, and pain management care and hemodynamic parameter. In this book there are simple guides for good safe anesthesia. I wrote this book as simple points to be easy, quick revision of all important items must be satisfied to allow good safe anesthesia.
