They agree to swap bodies for a season so Chaahk can learn about humankind. When Chaahk discovers it's more complicated than he imagined, he needs to seek the help of the mighty priests who live in Temple City so he can return to The Underworld safely.This magical adventure novel is set during a formative period of Meso-American history. The author has included rich details about the way of life three thousand years ago and injected colorful characters to bring the ancient people to life.
