Vicki Pollard was a beloved grandmother, mom, and wife. She wrote Seasons At Grandma And Grandpa's Lake intending to give it to her children and grandchildren as a Christmas gift the year of 2014. Unfortunately, she passed away, unexpectedly, just 10 days before Christmas. Her children learning of the project took it upon themselves to complete it in order to keep the memory of Vicki alive in their children's hearts. Just this past summer of 2018 the lake home that is mentioned in the story was sold, but having this book helps the memories of the joy of past summers close by.
