In 1998 a group a cyber-terrorists lead by anti-secrecy zealot Gary Fredrik aligned with an anti-government organization known as "The Faction." With "Fredrik's Army's" skills and The Faction's funding, the alliance broke the United States' encryption codes. This and the addition of Al-Qaeda's numerous terrorism attacks all over the world, the United Nations formed a secret seventh sector, comprised of high ranking soldiers in various militaries and orphans that were turned into super-intelligent soldiers using a process called Accelerated Mental Enhancement. This sector made sure that terrorism threats that slipped through the cracks of intelligence agencies would be neutralized before they came to fruition. The United States also countered by installing Thomas Langer's Barrier Code system, a massive encryption that also tracks and eliminates any attacks that it finds. This moment is the first time in history that a country implemented artificial intelligence as a weapon to defend terrorism. Twenty years after Fredrik's Army disbanded, Peter Fredrik, son of Gary Fredrik, was able to use The Faction's network and funding to break The Barrier Code sending the United States in chaos. Sector Seven was deployed and after capturing a Faction operative, they were able to track the Faction's whereabouts and then discovered that a new player has emerged, Russia. Robert Clay, a young Director of the CIA, has just become infamous as the Director in charge when The Barrier Code was broken. With his country and political career in taters, he is contacted by an individual with an opportunity to make things right. It leaves with him with a choice, live the rest of his life in shame but with his dignity intact, or throw away all his morals and receive a second chance? Adam Nguyen has been living in secret for so long that he barely recognizes his real name being displayed in a message in front of him, who actually knows who he really is and what he's actually doing? What do they want him for? This should be the most embarrassing moment in Thomas Langer's life, but in reality it's just part of the plan that he and The Faction put in place. Now they want to use him for a new assignment. In order to do that he will once again have to lose control of his creation, the same reason that he joined The Faction in the first place. After the incident in Alaska, The British Sector Seven now takes control of case over from the Americans, who clearly have created a bigger mess than the previous one. It is now up to Stanley Hammonds, and his crew led by Oliver Edwards to find out why Russia in now connected to The Faction Zach Johnson a Soldier in Training just months away from graduation has discovered something in his quarters and if his conclusions are correct, than everyone's lives at America's Sector Seven are in serious danger. Sector Seven is a story of multiple journeys being weaved into a single fate that will alter the political universe, and the emergence of a brotherhood that threatens the very fabric of society.
