This creates chaos where the elites can exploit 'order out of chaos' in their political agendas. By planning decades ahead the elites use science as a tool to control the chaos of the people creating the political science of a dystopia. This book analyzes many of the philosophies, psychologies, plans and strategies using science in human history. This book is written in free verse poetry.
